From fitness beginners to highly experienced when training with a personal trainer your chances of injury decrease and your personal safety increases. If you are a beginner I will show you proper techniques and modifications to safety work targeted muscles. While someone more experienced will make sure you are being spotted and safety push yourself to your limits. I will keep you motivated and accountable for your workouts.
Online training allows you to train at your own time, anytime anywhere! These programs are for women who can not train with a trainer, but can have a fitness coach online. That's ME!

About Your Trainer- Crystal
All my life I've been active, I loved playing sports since I was 10 ( yes I look younger)
I knew I needed to find a way to stay active as an adult. This is were training came in. I was that kid that played all sports till high school were my love of soccer. I played on 3 teams, one being on a mans soccer team. Loved it, hitting men when playing... Laughing.
So when I found a course I could take in Calgary ( I moved to Banff when I was 17) for Personal Training. I jumped on in. I finished the year program in 2001 and here I am! I started training clients in Toronto running the Fitness department at the local YMCA. Also started training Hockey teams, one being the Toronto Maple Leafs dry land training and the women's Olympic hockey GOLD medal girls.
My passion for health, fitness stems from my belief in self-empowerment. I work in an environment where a lot of young women & men are concerned with their body image and the way they feel. As a personal trainer (and a strong women), I help show them that working out is NOT just about changing your body image, it's also about improving your self-confidence and feeling better about yourself regardless of your shape and size.
